I recently had the pleasure of delivering our ADR Workshop in Trinidad with Peter Dreyer. At the end of the workshop, one of the participants recited the following poem to us…
Thanks

Peter and Nayla all the way from Canada
Come to share an important tool
Teaching we Trinis how to get on
In a facilitative, negotiative manner
So instead of chopping off me head
Or taking me husband to bed
How about we go see a mediator?
Talk, rationalize and share ideas
I’ll listen to your interests and you’ll listen to mine
Then we’ll hopefully come to commitment
So thank you Peter and thank you Nayla
Good luck! God bless!
