Our Training

Experience has taught us that the best way for people to develop negotiation, mediation and communication skills is through practice and interactive exercises, rather than lectures. Our workshops in Ireland involve a combination of real case studies, thought-provoking discussions, group exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and videos. Our training is focused, practical and immediately applicable.  At the end of each ADR workshop, you will leave with a binder of reference materials, a Certificate from the University of Notre Dame School (located in the United States), and a host of new skills.

Under the guidance of our leading international negotiation and mediation trainers, you will hone your skills in an environment that offers the opportunity for intensive practice and self-analysis.

"One of the best workshops I have attended. It was relevant to the type of work I do and has provided me with a lot of skills/techniques. Instructor was excellent - the most effective I have ever worked with."
Eddie Feehan, Labour Relations Commission, Dublin, Ireland
