Our Training

Experience has taught us that the best way for people to develop negotiation, mediation and communication skills is through practice and interactive exercises, rather than lectures.  Our workshops in St. Lucia involve a combination of real case studies, thought-provoking discussions, group exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and videos. Our training is focused, practical and immediately applicable.  At the end of each ADR workshop, you will leave with a binder of reference materials, a Certificate from the University of Windsor Law School (located in Ontario, Canada), and a host of new skills.

Under the guidance of our leading international negotiation and mediation trainers, you will hone your skills in an environment that offers the opportunity for intensive practice and self-analysis.

"I have learned techniques regarding negotiations and mediations, interactive listening etc. The whole process of negotiation is now very simple, just as long as I follow the 7 elements of negotiation taught by the Stitt Feld Handy Group"
Andrea Scott, Bank of Nova Scotia, Kingston, Jamaica
