Our Workshops

Experience has taught us that the best way for people to develop negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, coaching and communication skills is through practice and interactive exercises, rather than lectures. Our workshops involve a combination of case studies, thought-provoking discussions, group exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and videos. Our training is focused, practical and immediately applicable.

"I feel much more confident in my ability to help staff deal with conflict between each other.  Because of this training, I feel I am a better leader.  The dynamic way of passing the knowledge is a very efficient way of instructing."
Janice Wilmont, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham
