Experience has taught us that the best way for people to develop negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, coaching and communication skills is through practice and interactive exercises, rather than lectures. Our workshops involve a combination of case studies, thought-provoking discussions, group exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and videos. Our training is focused, practical and immediately applicable.
Under the guidance of leading international negotiation and mediation trainers, you will hone your skills in an environment that offers the opportunity for intensive practice and self-analysis. We guarantee a fresh and lively presentation at every workshop.
At the end of each Alternative Dispute Resolution, Become a Powerful Negotiator and Dealing With Diffiucult People Workshops, you will receive a Certificate from the University of Windsor Law School.
