Alternative Dispute Resolution (mediation) Training
Who should attend?
The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) courses are designed for people who negotiate and deal with disputes, either their own or those of others. At the 4-day ADR Workshop you will learn how to use Principled Negotiation, developed at Harvard, and Interest-Based Mediation. You will learn the process of mediation and will develop the skills needed to act as a mediator professionally, in the workplace and elsewhere. You will develop the practical skills and techniques you need to resolve disputes effectively and with confidence. Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (4 days)
The 4-day Advanced ADR Workshop (an advanced mediation course) builds on the skills you acquired in the ADR Workshop. It is designed for those who want to improve their dispute resolution skills, become mediators professionally, or mediate within their organisation. This workshop deals with more complex mediation issues, such as harassment issues and power imbalances. (coming soon)
