Our Training

Experience has taught us that the best way for people to develop negotiation, mediation and communication skills is through practice and interactive exercises, rather than lectures.  Our workshops in The Bahamas involve a combination of real case studies, thought-provoking discussions, group exercises, lectures, demonstrations, and videos.  Our training is focused, practical and immediately applicable.  We use coaches to give you immediate and personalised feedback (only at the ADR stream workshops).  At the end of each workshop, you will leave with a binder of reference materials, a Certificate from the University of Windsor Law School (located in Ontario, Canada), and a host of new skills.

Under the guidance of our leading international negotiation and mediation trainers, you will hone your skills in an environment that offers the opportunity for intensive practice and self-analysis.

"A very timely exercise, very educational and a seminar that I needed and will make excellent use of in my day-to-day activities as a union president and as a manager.  The workshop was informative, interesting and fun. Very well presented and executed.  I have learned a whole lot and feel better equipped in handling any dispute.  Excellent job, well done!"
Gregory Collie, The Public Managers’ Union, Nassau, Bahamas
