Alternative Dispute Resolution Training
Training Topics for Bermuda Workshops
The Stitt Feld Handy Group conducts four-day workshops on alternative dispute resolution (negotiation and mediation skills), three-day workshops on dealing with difficult people, three-day workshops on negotiation, one-day workshops on winning over irate customers and online courses on negotiation and difficult conversations. All of our multi day and online public courses are conducted in joint venture with the University of Windsor Law School and participants receive a University Certificate upon completion. We use an interactive approach, as participants learn by doing rather than by listening to lectures. We strive to give our workshop participants the skills and confidence to put their learning into practice and succeed.
We have trained over 30,000 people in mediation, negotiation and communication skills. Our workshops are conducted in North America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia.
Upon completion of our public workshops, participants earn a Certificate from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law (Canada).
Our Workshop offering in Hamilton, Bermuda
We also design and conduct customised workshops for clients in both the private and public sectors. We work closely with our clients to develop a curriculum that works for them. We offer a broad range of customised professional development programmes, including negotiation, mediation, and dealing with difficult people.
The members of the Stitt Feld Handy Group are alternative dispute resolution trainers, mediators, arbitrators, and negotiation consultants.
